Systems Design is the owner and creator of the source code for food and nutrition management software that maximizes central control. A single database on a central server allows uniform access to all data from any authorized device throughout the district. Polling, file transfers nor 'remote-control' of campus PC's are required to consolidate data - live data is always available throughout the entire district, allowing centralized management of student status, menu maintenance, inventory, bidding and purchasing, and employee time management.

POINT OF SALE
Systems Design provides hardware and software to capture all transactions at the campus point of sale using a customized integrated real time system. Each transaction is recorded in the central system immediately upon completion.

INVENTORY II
A comprehensive program that includes inventory, vendor bidding, automated purchase order generation and delivery tickets generation to various campuses. This program is designed specifically for public school district food service and child nutrition programs. It accounts for useage at multiple warehouses, at the campus level, or both.

PURCHASING/VENDOR BIDDING
This module within the inventory program provides for the entry of vendor data associated with the items that have been awarded on bids. It issues purchase orders and delivery tickets to the appropriate vendor when items stocked reach a trigger level for re-order.

Online Free & Reduced Meal Application Processing. This program works seamlessly with Systems Design Lunch Applications and is customized to coordinate with District web pages.

APPLICATION SCANNING
Scan up to 900, 1,500 or up to 2,400 hundred applications an hour. The scanning system integrates easily with Systems Design Lunch Applicaitons.

TIME CARD II
This module replaces the time card with a comprehensive application allowing employees of all classifications to clock in and out via terminals or PC's. The program produces time reports and accounts for all exceptions.

LUNCH MONEY NOW
Lunch Money Now permits parents to access their student's cafeteria account via the Internet. Linked from the district's home page, it provides the ability to view the student's account balance, view the student's recent purchase history and make deposits to the child's meal account using a debit/credit card. more ...

STUDENT ACTIVITY POINT OF SALE
Control your store inventory by scanning product barcodes. Print check endorsements for deposits as they are received with a speedy, quiet receipt printer. Any PC in the district can serve as a terminal. Collect athletic fees, book fair proceeds, club dues, concessions, event ticket sales, field trip fees, student fines, parking and transportation fees, etc...
