		The 2008-2009 school year is quickly coming to a close. There are actions that need to be performed to ensure the Systems Design Food and Nutrition Management System is prepared for the end of this school year and ready for the coming school year.

		Three documents are located on our website to help guide you through this process. The first document is a Questionnaire that must be completed and returned to Systems Design to allow the software support staff to execute the end of year rollover. The second document is an End-of-Year document which describes the procedures to close out the current school year. The third document is a Start-of-Year document which describes the procedures to prepare for the start of a new school year. These documents are available on our site.
